ADULT CONFIRMATION and RCIA
If you are an ADULT SEEKING TO BE CONFIRMED or AN ADULT INTERESTED IN BECOMING CATHOLIC, we currently have two programs in place to assist you :
- The RCIA PROGRAM is for adults who would like to become Catholic. RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
Fr. Raymond meets weekly in a small group setting, beginning in October, with those who want to learn more about our Catholic faith. Sessions focus on the teachings and experience of the Church, and participants prepare to celebrate the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist during the Easter season. - Our ADULT CONFIRMATION PROGRAM at St. Paul Parish is for adult Catholics, 18 years of age and older, who have been baptized and received 1st Holy Communion, but never received the Sacrament of Confirmation for various reasons and would like to be Confirmed. Over the past several years, our parish has held a six week Adult Confirmation Program twice per year, one session in the spring and another in the fall.
- Our six (6) week Fall 2023 program will begin on Thursday, September 21 and will culminate with the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford.
