Welcome to our NEW High School Youth Group, LIFE TEEN. Our mission, though the Franciscan charism and spirituality, is to lead teens closer to Christ. We invite all high school students in grades 9-12 to join us, bi-weekly beginning early in 2024, to grow deeper in their faith! So tuned for more details as we get closer to launching this awesome program!
More Info about Life Teen
Who: any high school student in grades 9-12 is welcome (Catholic or not)!
When: Meetings will be bi-weekly beginning in 2024. Check back for more inforation in the coming weeks.
Where: We will be meeting in the church Hall at St. Paul's (Don't know where to go? We will have signs to guide you the first few meetings!)
Why: What is a common thread among young people? To be known or to belong. At St. Paul's our High School Youth Group is a place where a young person can be confident that they can be open, honest and authnetic, while also being supported by those who walk along side them in faith. This is the community for you!
What: We are authentically Eucharistic and our goal is simple: accompany young poeple in their relationship with Christ! Our Life Teen program provides a safe community in which teens can spend time with their friends, make new ones, and build relationships with our faithful core team of adults. We bring the pillars of the Catholic Fiaith to a real and relatible level that ties in current trends and teen culture with the truth and beauty of our faith! At our meetings we will offer games, teachings, small group group discussions, sacraments, service events, retreats, and so much more! We hope to see you there!

Meet the New Youth Minister, Joshua Kay!
Peace and blessings! Gosh, I am so excited to be with all of you! I join the St. Paul's staff having previously worked in youth ministry for the last decade. One thing has remained the same wherever I have worked with youth: there is a deep hunger for truth and authentic community. I have no doubt we will be the young church here!
My wife, Andrea, and I are moving from Albany, NY down to Connecticut with our two beautiful babies: Jonah (20 months old) and Avila (7 months old). Besides trying to be a great husband and Father, I have a great passion for the game of golf, a desire to learn how to play the guitar and a deep devotion to St. Joseph. Can I cook? Probably just passibly, but I do think I know more about baking something goos after getting hooked on the Holiday Baking Championships with my wife! I am looking forward to meetin all of you over the next few months! The Holy Spirit is defintely moving atr St. Paul's; lets join in on this movement!
