Please sign up using the link below to help with packing our College Care Packages.
We will need about two dozen students to help pack boxes and and move them to the appropriate staging area.
Packing will last approximately 1.5 hours and will take place on Wednesday, October 25th at 6:30pm in the Saint Paul School gym.
We will need 8-10 students to help serving on Sat., Nov. 4 from 4:30-8:00 p.m.
Student volunteers will be provided with food to eat prior to the event, during the cocktail hour.
Please sign up using the Sign Up Genius link below if you are able to staff the sign-up tables for Eucharistic Adoration Monday, October 9th from 7:30am - 7:30pm. We always get such a GREAT turn-out from greeting the parishioners face to face coming into Mass and heading out after Mass! Feel free to invite a friend to help out or bring a family member along with you (teens are GREAT)!
We will staff tables at the 3 entryways 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes following each of the weekend Masses on Sat., Sept. 30 & Sun., Oct. 1, and Sat., Oct. 7 & Sun., Oct. 8. Feel free to bring coffee and breakfast along with you and chat with people as they come and go! Ask those you see if they’d have an hour to spend with our Lord while praying for protection of unborn babies, their mothers, and families. Prayer cards & suggested prayers/prompts will be available the day of Adoration. Let them know we will be back at the tables every Mass until the event - and please remind them that Oct. 9th is Columbus Day, so many people may be off work that day and are welcome to come if they’ll be in town!
Saint Paul Parish once again tended to a 10 X 25 garden plot in the Hatchery Brook Community Garden on Orchard Road in Berlin. The food grown was distributed every Thursday over the summer from Town Hall through their food bank program. Any extra was given to our Parish for our Saint Clare Food Pantry distribution.
We will need help with our fall cleanup on Wed., 9/27, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Eucharistic ministers Mark & Mary Jane Duplin, with their son Patrick, take communion and visit Ledgecrest residents weekly on Sunday mornings from 10-11 a.m. They can only take an additional TWO students with them on any given week. This would not be an ongoing, weekly commitment, but rather a one-time visit.
Please do not go to Ledgecrest until Mr. Duplin contacts you to confirm your date.
Remember to bring your service track sheet. Thank you!
